I don't think you have to apologize, the only reason people are downvoting you is because this guy hasn't moved outside their home with his house.

I'm sure if he was syphing thier power. Leaving trash outside their home or etc. They would have words to say.

Look in cali. There is a whole town going "We want these guys gone" and folks have been mugged. Fire fighters/cops have had to show up to arrest and put out fires. But before the homeless camp "cropped" up they had none of these issues.
