Reply to comment by curiouscabbage69 in Director of gender equality institute fired over sexual misconduct, hostile workplace claims by anxiousbee333
The director was described by former employees as an “uninhibited” exhibitionist who on occasion would strip down to “her bra or her thong” in the open office space, the Volkskrant reported.
They detailed how Darmoni allegedly kissed people without permission on their heads, or would grind against them during mandatory dance sessions.
They described that she started weekly meetings by forcing workers to participate in belly dancing.
“Most of us thought that was terrible. Sometimes Kaouthar pressed her breasts or buttocks against you while dancing. If someone said something about her behavior, she would laugh at you squarely,”
This is in the institute whose aim is the promotion of safe workspaces. And gender equality. Forced belly dancing? Stripping to thongs in open plan offices?
I don't know, how more oniony could it be - introduce black leather boots and flogging? We're already at montyphythonesque levels here.

I know, right? We urgently need that video camera evidence to, umm, confirm proper grammar here

Sexual harassment and gender equality aren't the same thing

Sure, but a lot of the stuff she did is so over the top like the fact it was at mandatory dance sessions, that were it not a gender equality institute it would still be oniony.

Yes, weird. Not related to gender equality though.

Sexual harassment in the workplace is objectively a "safe workplaces" issue, so it's already oniony for that, but furthermore, regardless of your personal opinion, it is typically considered a gendered issue by institutes like these. That's why it's so oniony.

Yeah, I can kind of see the link. Fine, I will concede this one.
