I pinged someone high up in bus management about this (a few bosses up), this is quite a serious allegation and it's not how the bus drivers should act. You'll likely hear from someone higher up tomorrow. If not, DM me.

You won't get footage directly sent to you as that's only released to NYPD/lawyers during investigation. Did you contact transit and the police?

File the report, and see a lawyer. I know you don't want to but this seems like an easy case of mental distress and trauma. That's how things are changed the MTA hates paying out settlements and this seems like an easy win. Get your money, you're entitled to it
