Morgan stanley always was and will always be a glorified sweatshop. No surprise they coerce their employees to RTO full time with threats of layoffs. They’ve always had annual cullings just before bonus time.

Yea, I wonder if In the long term a recession would bring people back to the office. Not advocating for it, but it seems like the thing keeping hybrid schedules is worker power atm
