I remember looking at HDFCs when I was younger and first looking to buy a home and their requirements were absurd and in no way viable for middle or low income families. Half of them were either cash sales or required a higher down payment than a standard mortgage.

So out of curiosity - what is the protocol when the first responders arrive? Do they have some sort of filtration or vacuum device that they use to vent out the car first?

To be fair, these days they oscillate between dog whistling that sentiment and just shamelessly saying it.

Conservatives obtusely conflating peaceful protests and looting is such a fundamental part of their playbook these days it’s laughable. Anyone with half a working brain cell can see right through it - but unfortunately it’s an effective tactic when courting their MAGA cult of idiots to get further in lockstep against progressives.

Heart disease kills WAY more people than cars, let’s ban sugar and fat instead. Always gotta focus on the higher number when we’re talking about an unrelated issue!

While the progress is good - none of those things address the root cause of personal and professional accountability.
Those policies are important, but they mean very little if at the end of the day violating those policies results in little to no consequences for the offending party and the taxpayers just end up footing the bill. The culture of policing has to be fixed, and ultimately that starts at actually holding them accountable.

Reply to LPT: HR is not on your side by BladeDOP
HR is and will always be on the side of the organization - despite any fluffy language they may tell you about how they’re there to help and protect employees. Any HR person who tries to represent themselves as otherwise is a snake.
Source: worked HR over 10 years. If there’s someone I had considered a friend or felt was honestly in the right and about to get screwed by the company - I was always happy to give off the record advice to help them. In my professional capacity, however, it was always about the organization.
