You are correct about the people of that district. It's mostly boomers who are oddly proud of the fact that they don't know how to use a cell phone. They wouldn't understand Reddit if you tried to explain it to them. I know because my parents live around there.

"Its like a news paper but with only the sections you care about and also you don't need to wait a whole day for it to update."
