When the media gets involved, things tend to move/get resolved quicker because these offices don’t want bad rep.

I'm not really the type I guess to call up the news and I honestly wouldn't know where to go for that. I'm just trying to get these arrears down and to get out of this place asap. If the housing has been around for a while and doing this possibly way before me then it's obvious people may have complained but it never got taken seriously?
