Thank you, all of the news stories I found were from the 15th and nothing current. Since that publication, things have gotten worse. Thank you for putting that there.
>It's a very serious illness and dogs are dying from it.
It is serious but from everything my vet told me it's rarely fatal
Dog COVID-19
I think my dog is sick. What are the symptoms?
Most cases are mild and it's rarely fatal, but it's still very serious.
Mine were just sneezing and snotty, and like horking bc of the snot
And the reason it's spreading like this is because veterinarians play it down. Rarely fatal does not mean not fatal. And I believe rarely is an understatement.
Hmm. Okay well nah, my dog has like the flu. So I'm going to keep the vet appointment.
Removed, post the article with original title.
Yea I took mine as well, they basically just said “oh well, they’re sick, here’s some rimadyl” better early and safe than sorry
I didnt post a link with an original title. I posted a concern based on information I have directly through my own, current experience as an industry insider about this current influenza epidemic among dogs in the region.
Please keep your dogs safe and stay out of the dog parks and other social environments.

I think you'd be better off sharing a news article, as there have been quite a few. I'm partial to this one, which includes info from one of the greatest veterinary microbiologists ever:
