Depends on what you mean by chill and what caliber of restaurant you're looking for. I would call Vernick chill, but I would also say the same about Good King Tavern, and those are very different places.

Well I’d say not like a bar if it can be helped. Nothing against bars but we went to one for our first date and I don’t want to repeat.
