Xfinity will be a disaster. I walked by it last Saturday 2 hours before the NLCS game and the line was down the block. I'm sure some of those people had game tix and left before game time but I imagine the line will be even more insane this week. I'd go with Chickie's or Philadium. I've actually never watched a game at Philadium, usually just go there after games, so not sure how packed it might be but at least Chickie's is big.

I went to Chickie's in 2008 for an NLCS game and it was packed to the gills, it's gonna be really hard to get in there unless OP goes VERY early.

I had to be down in that area on a game day to hit Restaurant Depot a few days ago. Even just getting to somewhere unrelated or driving through was a fucking disaster.
