You are correct. We’d see 50 more benches if this was Rittenhouse Square (I get it’s a park but who the hell calls it Rittenhouse Park)

Yep my mom lives half the year in one of those units. Nice building, though mostly old people living there. Rooftop pool though and fantastic views

I almost rented there but then I heard my dad’s voice in the back of my head saying “There is no escape if the building catches on fire” and I opted to live somewhere else.
