You probably saw one, they're not that uncommon. I saw a big one at dusk a couple weeks ago and have seen like a half dozen similar ones in my life. Like the real big ones that you can see breaking up, not just the tiny little streaks you see basically every night if you stare at a clear sky in a place with not a lot of light pollution for a while
