If I remember the timeline correctly it was actually a law in New Jersey before it took effect in Pennsylvania. I visited friends in New Jersey so I went ahead and followed it in PA anyway.ππ‘

I grew up with the definition of Center City being River to River and then Vine to South Street. Going by that definition and living in the Spring Garden area / art Museum I thought I was north of Center City but apparently I live in Center City.

I based my count on an average of eight ducks per row * 15 shelves. Lowest number was 7 highest number I counted was nine which made it an average number of eight.
