Yes I have seen this person, out at The John Heinz Wildlife Refuge; and his bike with pugs in the front bike basket! Sadly I heard that man had died several years ago 😟

Yeah I haven't seen him in a while, last I saw him he was in the italian market like last year or two years ago.
