When my father finally let me go to the vet for an eagles game, we sat in the 700 level. I saw a grown man piss in a cup and then huck it down on our own fans.
I've heard some wild shit up there.

Just because somehow this seems controversial to some, here's an absolute fuckton of evidence the inquirer put together to support your viewpoint
besides the heart and lung cop thing, this is one of the best things they've put together in the last few years.

that's a pretty big project, not just a stripe and breakaway bollard install
yeah, definitely put permanent objects in public ROW at your own risk and probably don't talk about it online

No, but it needs to get scoped into a project.
Typically stuff like that goes under open ends (like TOITS or VIZOC), and the political pressure to get that scoped can come through a councilperson or RCO.
Streets identifies other projects based on prioritization by planning, DVRPC, and OTIS, as well as the mayor's office.

I've worked in transportation in Philly for nearly 15 years and have worked with and attended hundreds of events with all different levels of people from streets, from interns to Rich Montanez.
I couldn't pick Carlton Williams out of a lineup.

It's so fucking good. I tried for years to source decent chorizo and as soon as I had that it was like coming home after a long trip.
That whole store is great, it's such an asset.
courageous_liquid t1_jcgm91d wrote
El Paisano's is baller and their chorizo is unbelievable. It's mexican, though, if it's the toluqeno.
There's a beer distributor on like 6th and moore that's kinda big and that area has a lot of central americans, not sure if they import anything from down that way, but maybe worth calling.
