Clog lines? I have not experienced long wait times for many months. This is how the police and every politician tell you how they want you to handle it. You can even text 911 instead. In addition , as the police are concerned, I've been told by Captain of 19125 PPD the department had no staffing issues and plenty of cars to send out to respond to parking complaints, but keeping in mind parking is the lowest priority.
