Will be interesting to see if they know a motive, both the federal court and the FBI headquarters are in that building.

It's two different buildings connected by a breezeway — dude was shot by the back of the courthouse closer to Market, FBI's in the Green federal building at the corner of 7th/Arch. Looks like he parked his car by the loading dock entrance, which always has a heavy security presence.
