Yes, but he wasn't shot by PPD. He was shot by courthouse security. Even though they don't wear bodycams, there are TONS of cameras recording in that area, so it's probably not an issue.

The security are not Marshals. They are court security officers hired by the Marshals. But yeah, no bodycams.
