Michael Jackson 144p

322

OneDiscombobulated77 t1_jeb5fpn wrote

That's too high quality. Let's tone it back to 1p

23

Onair380 t1_jebd4ro wrote

akshually the 144 is the resolution, not quality

9

OvercrowdedKangaroo t1_jebghgc wrote

Resolution effects quality so... It's technically the quality too

1

ItchyJam t1_jee0x0o wrote

It's a factor, but they're not the same thing. It would be like saying time affects speed so time is technically speed.

1

OvercrowdedKangaroo t1_jee17hq wrote

I didn't mean that quality equals resolution. I meant that a bad resolution video is a bad quality video

1

ManBat007 t1_jee7pij wrote

Pixel resolution is correlated to video quality.

There are way worse things than looking like Michael Jackson in his prime

Like looking like Michael Jackson past his prime.

25

starmartyr t1_jecm76s wrote

Still better than looking like Michael Jackson today.

gilderoy t1_jebe2kx wrote

Lets be honest, a 20 year old would have no idea that MJ once looked like that. That pic has to be about 30 years old.

FUCKTWENTYCHARACTERS t1_jed5id7 wrote

You think so? There's a huge retro music following among young people. I'm 25 and my friends all listen to Cream and other blues rock-y bands from the 70s, and I've heard my fair share of Michael Jackson. Almost every single band I listen to regularly had its prime way before I was born. I was just watching the music video for Billie Jean a couple of hours ago. The 20 year olds absolutely know about MJ.

gilderoy t1_jedep50 wrote

That is very much to your credit, I wasn't however commenting on musical taste/listening choice more on his ever changing appearance.

disdkatster t1_jeajs6s wrote

If he had a dimple in his chin, that would be flat out freaky. We went to see my son this weekend and his normally blue hair was its natural color of red and he was scruffy. I tried keeping myself quiet but could not stop from blurting out, "Has anyone told you that you look like Van Gogh?"

13

jlking3 t1_jeaucew wrote

He was missing an ear?

8

disdkatster t1_jecxiiq wrote

Before the ear incident.... Please don't give my son ideas. I think the blue mohawk is sufficient.

5

toastmn7667 t1_jeauvqd wrote

I would take that as an ego boosting compliment to be compared to MJ in his prime.

8

DMorrin15 t1_jebzm6t wrote

Hey nephew, can you dress up like this, so I can get fake internet points? Also, your face is all over the internet. kthxbyeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Coachbalrog t1_jeb4y4c wrote

I mean, looking like Michael Jackson isn't exactly a bad thing. Especially back in the Thriller years.

2

[deleted] t1_jedzp5k wrote

Well that’s probably because he doesn’t look anything like him… he’s just similarly dressed lmao

2

ThSplashingBlumpkins t1_jeajeaw wrote

Nah man, he looks like he's a younger version of that character actor who plays the new commissioner Gordon.

It's just the hair. And his clothing Nothing else matches. Maybe eyebrows?

Wrong eye shape on both axis and size. Wrong laugh lines. Wrong cheek bones. Wrong forward shape in width and general size. Nose is waaaaaay off.

So I mean, yeah the outfit and the hair
