And I saw Gallagher there in the 70s!

Some of the Post-Gazette reviews of concerts there in the 70s took note of the "blue haze of Marijuana smoke" over the audience. You could actually get high there and nobody said a word.

Is it pronounced BEH-neh-dum or Beh-NAY-dum?

Saw America there mid 70’s. Dad took me and a friend (we were about 10-12). Right before they dropped the lights the announcer said there is no smoking if any kind. Lights out. Hundreds of lighters spare up. Literally a cloud of smoke over the stage. We left giddy as drunk monkeys. Had no idea why til I got to HS and said, I know that smell. We were high as kites! Amazing show. The Stanley was a big spot for Dicesare-Engler shows.
