Superfund cleanup is for seriously nasty stuff - heavy metals, toxins, nuclear contamination. Not excrement and used needles.

I know what superfund is. Half of Pittsburgh is built on top of brownfields where the dirt is more sulfer dioxide, lead, mercury and arsenic than actual dirt.
