No, we know those names because BLM organizations have made sure to keep those names near the surface. That didn't just happen because of "the media". It happened because one very loud and influential organization who used the media made it happen. As much as I see white folks bitching about how no one cares about police shootings of white people, I never see them do anything but bitch about it.
