I wonder if it's worse for the one that had to go to the hospital? I mean, it probably sucks for the guy looking at his phone too, no doubt.

Because they would have said something like “she had a seizure or other medical issue causing her to swerve three fucking feet over.” Pay fucking attention to the road and stop making excuses for shitty drivers.
