Have not tried this, but Flonase is the gold standard for me. Combine it with a regular antihistamine and you are good to go

Give azelastine a go. It used to be Rx only but there's an over the counter brand now.

Seriously fantastic stuff that starts to work in like 30 minutes. Only downside is it tastes horrible if you spray too far back.
