Mr. Chisholm did my home inspection 6 years ago. My Realtor said she always recommends him because "He climbs up and crawls under to see every part of the house". He found plenty of things to negotiate with the seller. Looks like he has not update his website to https so you might get a warning but its just an older site.

And just to clarify it’s not like a huge roster it’s four or five guys and they really know their stuff. Their reports are super thorough and they’re also very accessible if you have questions down the road

Worsham Inspections. Used them 2 times within last 6 months. Unreal how detailed they are. Red is the owner. Super nice guy.

John Cranor is your guy. Just know he is going to find everything (which I wanted, the homeowner not so much). If it's wrong it will be listed. I have recommended him to friends and everyone has been impressed.

I've seen the guy on tiktok, and was surprised, he actually seems good. And I'm beyond dubious about most home inspectors
