Feedly is good as commercial services go.
If you have any self-hosting capability, I used tinytinyrss for ages (only left because they moved to support docker only, and I don’t want to mess with that) and now use FreshRSS without much trouble.
If you’re on iOS, I think both Fiery Feeds and Reeder have “local only” options that should sync with iCloud if I understand it correctly.
