It is! I was excited to see the actual location on my quest out to Petco for the cat who only wants wet food. Also drove by that nonsense right there, a cop had shown up by the time I was coming back to park there and warn people with the flashy lights.

Saw this on my way out to my route. It's terrifying to be out here walking knowing limbs/trees can drop on my head at any moment.
