The article doesn't say, and the actual research is locked away, but they sure put a lot of trust in not conflating stereotypical whiteness with attractiveness. If a white person is non-stereotypically white, that implies they're "different" :thinkingface:

Are you sure you're not the one conflating the two? Non-stereotypical / "different" doesn't necessarily mean less attractive.
