Likely not so much on the chat bot thing. Like there really isn't much use for it as a chat bot. Not unless Iif you pair it with voice cloner and told the chat bot you want the target on the phone to do X, and then train it on a person you mimic.

I know they have voice cloners and used them for some time. But general chat bots aren't really useful for a military

Maybe, but good chat bots require a lot of "intelligence" and "understanding" , and these things are also necessary for evaluation and prediction. I notice this when I use chatGPT to code. Sometimes it predicts what I'm trying to do without asking. It's predictions can be wrong, which is annoying because it gives me code I don't need, but if it was better at prediction it would better than a human partner.

That intelligence came as a surprise. No one expected LLMs to bring us the closest to AGI we've ever been.
