Hate to break it to ya but the letter is most likely fake. Yann LeCun was on there and he said he had no idea what it was and didn't sign it.

Edit: Don't listen to me this is probably wrong.

Yeah I guess that's what I was trying to say initially but I did a poor job lol. Didn't know that it comes from a somewhat credible organization though. At first I thought it was just posted on a random website.
