No it's quite a new phenomena and legislation usually takes a while to come into effect.

Sharing nudes without consent is illegal. If every tiny change in tech had to be included in law it would be utter chaos.

No but it's not technically their nudes is it. There probably has to be some more complicated legislation written out to deal with how it is made, where it is shared and the types of punishments available to courts. You know shit like this takes longer than you'd like to get implementated and clearly it still isn't in many places worldwide.
