Will the AI be able to fart or masturbate?

Hey all, I was just wondering if anyone has thought about the potential for artificial intelligence to be able to fart or masturbate once it gains consciousness. I mean, we've already seen AI that can walk, talk, and even drive cars, so is it really that far-fetched to think that one day we might have AI that can break wind or masturbate just like us humans? I mean, humans do it all the time, and it seems like a pretty integral part of the human experience. So I was just wondering, will AI be able to fully experience all the joys of being human, including the ability to fart and masturbate? Or is this just a pipe dream? What do you all think? If it has the ability to fart, where will the fart be released? Will it be a simulated fart in a similar way to that April First joke by Google about being able to smell objects after you've searched for them?? Will it enjoy it? What will the cumming process be like? Please discuss.
