It's the Panasonic Lumix G95D with a 12-60mm kit lens and a tripod. Going to try to get the most out of what I have before I get any more gear. The temptation is strong, though.

When I enlarge that on my phone, I can even see the shape of the Orion Nebula.

You should try at 12mm, with like 20 second exposure time and a little more iso, you will get the milky way visible.

No need to zoom on stars, the more you get, the better.
