There was a bloke years ago in Byron Bay Australia asking for $2 to have a look at Saturn through his telescope set up on a street corner. Pretty much like this. Best $2 spent.

Watching planets through a telescope is awesome. My grandparent used to have one, I remember watching Jupiter, with all it's moons orbiting it. Seeing them moving through the optic in real time is an incredible feeling.
