Everyday I keep on moving !!! I have bad anxiety with really I guess self induced panic attacks via thoughts I have lolol

Yep, meds are helpful for that. I can't function without mine. But when you learn to let things go that you can't control, life becomes a lot easier.

Space is unpredictable tho so it's always a what if scenario that flusters me into panic mode
