Someone watching in the crowd or another location inputs the moves onto a computer.

Computers will beat humans 100% of the time.

Send moves via vibration device, preferably up the ass.

Apparently, a couple moves will change the outcome of the match, so you only need to do this a few times in a match to cheat and win.

The article seems to imply that the alleged cheater's opponent would somehow tell he was cheating. I wonder how.

He made some moves that he isn't smart enough to make (supposedly) and he has been essentially proven to be cheating before in 100 online games. The game in question was a live event, and there's no smoking gun evidence like in the fishing tournament.
