I’ve been looking around town for a few specific cooking ingredients (MSG, Chili Oil, Szechuan peppercorns)
I’m sure I could find these online but I prefer to shop local when possible

Make sure you grab a Sesame Ball by the checkout if they have any!
Have you had their black sesame mochi ice cream?????
MSG is branded as Accent in Walmart. I've had difficulty finding Szechuan peppercorns and resulted to Amazon, but asian world market on battlefield and Campbell might have it in stock, now.
Aren't there Szechuan peppercorns at Mama jeans in their glass containers?
I found them at Chabom Tea and Spices.
Yes
Asian World or Seol have the best east asian selection in town, the asian market on glenstone is ok. Bombay Bazaar is good for indian ingredients.
Where is Bombay Bazaar located?
In the strip mall sort of behind and just north of Jimms Steakhouse on glenstone, can't remember the name of the strip mall if it has one. Just s. Of Sunshine and glenstone intersection.
Chabom Spice and Tea on Commercial Street. They have a bunch different spices you can purchase by the ounce
I was there last weekend and they definitely have the Szechuan peppercorns!!
Can get msg at just about any store… Asian world market for rest
Asian World Market is the biggest selection. More Chinese but a variety from most any Asian country of note. The Seoul Market just S on Campbell is mostly Korean but does have some other stuff. The Asian Market next to Walmart on Glenstone is mostly Japanese based.
Last time I went to Seoul I noticed a bunch of expired stuff when I got home!
Funny thing, the Japanese Market (that's how it's named!) next to that Neighbourhood Walmart on Glenstone is actually owned by a Korean family xD
Fuiyooooh
I’ve seen all of these at Seoul.

Or any other asian market in town, that one's just my favourite :)
