Yeah it's the same owner, and a decent number of the employees work both locations. no longer the case

They share a few menu items and are basically the same shop except the lounge has a liquor license and less baked goods

According to this News Leader article the Mud Lounge changed owners in 2018.

Bizarre that they kept all of the same branding and such, but i suppose I'm not sure I've been in to mudlounge since then now that I think about it
