I was wondering about that because 3 in one month is more than we see usually in a year. Wonder why?!?!?!
It’s crow season in Missouri right now. Nov 1 through march. Why you would want to hunt them idk.
Wild crow is good eats like pigeon. Trash eating crows, not so much. Remember the nursery rhyme 10 and 20 black birds, baked in a pie? The term eating crow, was meant as a humbling statement, as it was considered poor or survival food when Prarie chicken, pheasant or rock dove was above crow, squirrel and pigeon(squab on some French menus)
They are a pest to farmers, eating up grain and corn.
