According to SPGF Business Journal it was financed.
it was a 15 Mil construction cost that was financed. I cannot remember **who** (because even I was like WTF for an office THAT big WAY out there) but someone local took that note)

And I whole heartedly disagree with your last statement. Insurance may be treating it that way, but the practitioners certainly aren't.
or at least aren't trying to easily.
Maybe the Dentist you hang out with.
