J.O.B. Tavern. Use to be part of a great dive restaurant called grad school. The owner/founder just passed so now would be a great time to support it. Food is great, micah wings were my favorite

Are they back open yet? I knew they were closed for awhile, they ran a gofundme to cover employee's wages.

Not sure, just found out about all of it. Just figured now would be the best to time to support where I could

You're not wrong, but for right now I'm pretty sure the only way to do that is donating. Looks like they're still closed.

Yes they are back open, I went right before Thanksgiving. Great as always

If it were 15 years ago, I'd say Ziggies. :(

These days the options are pretty thin. You might be able to find the gyro cart downtown, I hear good things about his stuff. There's always Waffle House...

Edit: order a pizza in advance, pop it in the oven when you get back home?

Anywhere that also has a bar is usually open past 10. Just check to make sure they still serve their whole menu that late.

True. Trying to avoid the riff raff though if you know what I mean.

You could always call it in and pick it up. Don’t have to eat at the bar.

WF Cody’s maybe for a burger, Big Whiskey’s should be open, The Roost I think is open late, and I think Metropolitan Grill is open late also.

Yeah I just lost my shit while in Springfield this evening over nothing decent being open past 8 or 9 on a damn Friday. Took my son shopping and wanted to take him for a nice sit down dinner somewhere afterwards. The few places open had 1+ hour long waits. This shit is getting real old.
