Did you have a job when you got the vehicle? What do you owe vs the vehicle value? I’d generally suggest selling it and getting something you can afford, but that would likely require another loan that you likely won’t get without a job.
I really hate to suggest it, but a student loan would probably be the best option right now. Do you have a job lined up after graduation? Get a summer job ASAP. You can also look into donating plasma for $. Sell some of your stuff on Facebook marketplace/Craigslist. Drop monthly recurring bills (Netflix or other subscriptions), get on the cheapest cell phone plan you can.

Springfield city ordinance, Missouri law is the same, but adds a 500 foot driving distance limit. Considering 500 feet east of Fremont puts you about equal with the front door of Harter House it sounds like the driver of the other vehicle, while probably way over aggressive, probably didn’t break any laws.
A vehicle shall not be driven in the lane except when preparing for or making a left turn from or into the roadway or when preparing for or making a U-turn when otherwise permitted by law.
Missouri
(4) Designated two-way left turn lanes: Where a special lane for making left turns by drivers proceeding in opposite directions have been indicated by official traffic control devices: (a) A left turn shall not be made from any other lane; (b) A vehicle shall not be driven in the lane except when preparing for or making a left turn from or into the roadway or when preparing for or making a u-turn when otherwise permitted by law; (c) A vehicle shall not be driven in the lane for a distance more than five hundred feet.

Right, and I may push it if I bought it and it’s been in the house. But they are selling for 20-30% above others “new” stuff that is already past best buy dates.

You’re a bit off on the history. Steak and Ale was a national chain that went bankrupt and closed in 2008. Ownership didn’t change hands, Jimm Swafford was the manager of Steak and Ale, the building owner was Errett Sechler who wasn’t interested in running the place when it closed, but a year later changed his mind and let Jimm open and run the place as a tenant. Sechler died in 2019 and the family sold their properties, including Plaza Tower’s and Jimm’s to Marco Denis.

Which were caused by a massive winter storm, utilities took massive losses, some in Texas went bankrupt over the costs. Basically we’ve retired so much coal as a region (and country) that when the gas supply got screwed up by freezing wells utilities had to run gas plants far more than expected at gas prices that were exponentially higher than expected.
Combine that with no sunshine for days and wind generation not helping much due to freezing, lack of wind, or grid congestion it was a perfect storm to lead significant change in operations. Except little was done, and we are more at risk today then we were then.

That isn't unique to United, and is different if they had you gate check on the jet bridge. It should be waiting when you land at your next location. I have had this issue with rollaboard bags (anything with wheels). I switched to a massive backpack that holds pretty much just as much, and haven't had an issue since.

Cox’s ETO policy and earning chart below. What they mean by a single block is you accumulate ETO, but have to use it for vacation, most sick days, and holidays. So while 3 weeks and 2 days sound good, you will lose a large chunk from holidays depending on your job function and then hope you don’t get sick.
There is a short term disability accrual as well, but it only kicks in on the 5th day.
https://www.coxhealth.com/employees/benefits/time/
Earned Time Off (ETO) is available to full-time and part-time employees at .5 status or greater. ETO is used any time an employee is off work during his/her scheduled work hours unless the employee qualifies for Accumulated Disability Benefit, Funeral Leave or Jury Duty. ETO will be awarded each pay period based on the prior pay period hours paid, excluding weekend option bonus hours. An employee may accrue up to two times his/her potential annual ETO amount.

There were 3 76 seaters and 3 50 seaters landing between 9:42 and 10:43, delays can be broken equipment, staff shortage, just about anything. Springfield normally is far better than other airports I fly through.
Luggage checking in general is a PITA.

And the plan wasn’t secret, it’s just a poor plan. A 2 lane 40 MPH road cutting through residential areas and roads and dumping into a crappy road with low water bridges is not going to do much good IMO.

Oh definitely, I also have gone through that most days over the past few years, but it's not just Republic road, it's also the sequence of 6 lights (Weaver, Lakewood, Camino Alto, 2 X JRF, then Republic) within 1 mile that completely destroys any flow of traffic.

I am watching the Oller homes go up on the daily, they are slapped together really quickly and I’d have concerns with consistent quality. They had their subs working in some truly awful weather.
I can’t help but look at the costs of new builds in the area ($200+ a square foot) and wonder who is buying these spec homes at that price.
