The facilities have ac and heaters and are temperature controlled usually around 78 degrees most warehouses from other companies don't have ac. I am not familiar of with the Germany incident you may have me on that one. And as for suicide they literally offer free mental health counseling what else do you want them to offer for that? Rates have never been an issue there just there to make sure your actually working for your shift because some people literally hide on the bathroom all day and it takes them weeks to get fired.
