Sense8 is pretty sexual with a fun plot, not as heavy as GoT, but pretty fun overall. Episode 6 has a cluster-fuck.
A lot of the 90s TV series from HBO, Cinemax, and Starz were pretty sex-driven. Some in early 2000, too.
Hung, Dream On, Real Sex (Docuseries, was pretty good, actually), Taxi Cab Confessions was occasionally sexy, Red Shoe Diaries, etc.

This was my first though. It's mostly light and just hijinks of an oversexed pretentious narcissist with a heart of gold. It gets deep when it needs to and does it well. But that might be like 2-3 episodes per season.
