I checked netflix, hulu, and amazon prime and none of them have it available for free. If you (understandably) don't want to simply buy it outright sight unseen, then your other option is to use the other option.

Unfortunately I tried the "other option" still can't find Perfect couples. There are a few episodes of Traffic lights are available but not the full season.
