Basically, I had a friend who did construction and road work for most his life. He is the foreman of a construction company, and I went to him to rebuild and update our roads. I blindly trusted him because we’ve been friends since high school, and I’d assume he would shoot me an accurate number. Low and behold, it was about $12,000 more than the actual cost, and he pocketed the surplus. His ass is in jail, and my political career is over. I’m just reduced to that guy who flashes children I guess
