If I understand this correctly; they charged you through UberEats refunded it and it didn't drop off then you went in and did it again then they dropped? Were the pending charges or posted?

They charged me on ubereats and it’s still there. I don’t see today’s charge, not even processing.

I think you have to go to your order and choose the option of “something wrong with my order.” They give you a list of reasons to choose from. I can’t remember if they give you the refund right away or just gives you $8 ubereats credit.

The thing is the manager was going to cancel/process it on his side, so I didn't do anything on the app. He jotted down my order # and name etc.

It’s nice that you want to give them the benefit of the doubt but he may be busy with other stuff and kind of forgot. Best to just do it on your end.
