Try to buy some blue light glasses, they help with the glare when staring at a computer for long periods

You mean Apple? Isn’t there a setting for your smartphones also?

I used to have it for my Samsung and it was amazing hard evidence or not. Swapping back to the normal version hurt my eyes so much.

I find them helpful, although I think they are doing more about the fluorescent lights than the computer, because I don’t need them at home.
