Brew Through? I've used them in Myrtle Beach, SC and (I think) Pensacola, FL).
Some have funny rules. Like, if there is a lid on it, it's not an "open" container. Or better, they put the straw in, but tear 90% of the paper off.
Most people just get a case or 2 of beer, and pop the trunk on the way to beach week.
The most fun part is thinking of people spending years of their lives inhaling exhaust fumes. Thank God there are fewer diesels...

Same in NOLA. Go to a drive-thru Daquari stand. They hand you the glass and the straw has a little paper hat on it.
