Official season ends today but I’m thinking about camping there next weekend. Anyone ever been there “off-season”. Still possible to get canoe and gear down to the water? Any recommended sites? I’ve never been but want a site as far from the path as possible.

all the sites are on the path more or less, make sure you get an off season permit.

Called today, they do all the closing season work in the next three weeks. Not the best time to go. Found another place
